There are some things about myself that I'm still trying to figure out, then there are those things which I'm already quite sure of.
I like to call this project my paint "stadium." The need for it arose when I started purchasing lots of new paints but which kept falling over en masse when the table got knocked.
The techniques below should be tested on a scrap piece of material like that which the miniature is made of. Use at your own risk.

If you have ever had trouble with using decals (especially GW decals) on a miniature, look no further!
Taking photos of minis can be a challenge, but to get good results you do not need bags of money and lots of decent equipment.
I am just going to post some quick comments and examples from my own experience.
If you find that your minis suffer from the harsh glare of your photography lights, or you need a portable, fixed backdrop, then a photo box such as this one might be your solution.
