Whispers from the Warp 0

Over the past few weeks I have been in the midst of building a new Chaos Warriors army, now normally I do this through a process of constructing army list upon army list slowly eliminating those that are unplayable until only a handful lists remain from which I choose the best – but not this time.

Stef prefers a buy what is cool and mould that into a workable force method, Cooper combines the army list method with what looks cool, Spencer picks a theme and holds on to it die hard to the end even if his vision was rose tinted.

Another painting session out of the house this week. I’ve had the urge to paint something seriously. It’s a long time since I painted anything to the best of my ability – especially recently. So here’s the start of a Blood Angel Terminator from the Space Hulk box. So far the method has been very simple… aaround 10 layers of GW Blood Red building up the highlights.

As my painting comrade Stef has already mentioned in his WIP Sunday post, we spent the day round a friend’s house painting.
